"It's a collective effort from the forwards to the goalkeeper," he said. "Everyone is focused, no one wants to concede, and the goal is to cut out passes prior to it crossing the midfield. By winning it back, we can launch a quick counter. This is essential for everyone to feel this mentality, and opponents aren't creating numerous opportunities, which is ideal."
